Digitální vizuály, 2. část školícího kurzu All Colours of Education

Tentokrát se na Horizont sjeli účastníci z Finska, Maďarska, Lotyšska, Litvy, Řecka, Turecka, Německa, Bulharska i České republiky. V této části kurzu se účastníci učili přenést malování pomocí grafických nástrojů do digitální formy. Pomocí nástroje whiteboard scribing doplňili své mluvené texty, audio i hudbu. Natáčeli videa a pomocí videoeditorů je sestříhávali, dodělávali efekty a celkově videa zatraktivnili. Účastníci navštívili Brno a pobavili se na interkulturním večeru. 

Digital visuals, 2nd part of the project All Colours of Education

This time, participants from Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic gathered at Horizont. In this part of the training course, participants learned to transfer painting by using graphic tools into a digital form. By using the whiteboard scribing tool, they supplemented their spoken texts, audio and music. They shot videos and edited them using video editors, added effects and generally made the videos more attractive. Participants visited Brno and had fun at an intercultural evening.

Pohled jedné z účastnic 2. části školícího kurzu All Colours of Education

Jsem studentkou pedagogické fakulty a jako budoucí vyučující mě zajímají způsoby, jak předat různé informace studujícím. Díky lektorům Natálii a Eduardovi jsme se mohli já a další účastníci dozvědět a vyzkoušet si, jak vytvořit vlastní prezentaci, videa s animací, whiteboard scribing, stop motion i editování, které nám mohou pomoci jak v osobním, tak v profesním životě. V dnešní době digitalizace je znalost na počítači velkou výhodou. I proto jsem se rozhodla projektu Digital Visuals účastnit a přiučit se novým věcem. Setkala jsem se s lidmi z různých národností a strávila s nimi celý týden v SVČ Ivančice Horizont. Získala jsem úžasnou příležitost popovídat si s úžasnými lidi z odlišných kultur a objevit jedinečnost každé/ho z nich. Nemohu popřít, že jsem se mnohým inspirovala a zkušenostmi přiučila. Mé díky patří organizátorům, lektorům, i EU za to, že vytvořili pro nás takovou příležitost!

Perspective of one of the participants in the 2nd part of the training course All Colours of Education

I am a student at the Faculty of Education, and as a future educator, I am interested in ways to convey various information to my students. Thanks to the instructors Natally and Eduard, I and other participants were able to learn and try out how to create our own presentations, animated videos, whiteboard scribing, stop motion, and editing, which could help us both personally and professionally. In today's age of digitalization, computer literacy is a significant advantage. That's why I decided to participate in the project Digital Visuals and learn new things. I met people from various nationalities and spent a whole week with them at SVČ Ivančice Horizont. I had an amazing opportunity to chat with wonderful people from different cultures and discover the uniqueness of each of them. I can't deny that I was inspired by many and learned from experiences. My thanks go to the organizers, instructors, and even the EU for creating such an opportunity for us!

Kreslení vizuálů, 1. část školícího kurzu All Colours of Education

Na Horizont se v úterý 7.11.2023 sjeli pracovníci s mládeží z Finska, Maďarska, Lotyšska, Litvy, Řecka, Turecka, Německa, Bulharska, Rumunska, Rakouska i České republiky. Týdenní školící kurz byl zaměřen na grafiku v podobě jednoduchosti, a to malování pomocí své ruky a různých malovacích tužek, per, fixí apod. Účastníci se během týdne naučili, že každý umí malovat a také jak jednoduché je vytvořit ručně malovaný plakát. Kromě malování dle návodů se účastníci pod vedením lektorů zaměřili i na strategii vývoje tvorby plakátů. Účastníci si také zorganizovali interkulturní večer, na kterém vzájemně poznávali jednotlivé kultury i skrze svá typická jídla.  V polovině týdne zamířili všichni na průzkum města Brna.  Druhá část tohoto kreativního kurzu s názvem Digital visuals se bude konat v březnu 2024. 

Drawing visuals, 1st part of the project All Colours of Education

Youth workers from Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Austria and the Czech Republic gathered at Horizont on Tuesday 7 November 2023. The weekly training course was focused on graphics in the form of simplicity, namely painting with a hand and with various colored pencils, pens, markers, etc. During the week, the participants learned that everyone can paint and also how easy it is to create a hand-painted poster. In addition to painting according to the instructions, the participants, under the guidance of the lecturers, also focused on the development strategy of creating posters. The participants also organized an intercultural evening, where they got to know each other's cultures through their typical dishes. In the middle of the week, all went to explore the city of Brno. The second part of this creative course, called Digital visuals, will take place in March 2024.

Mé zkušenosti

Do projektu All Colours of Education v rámci programu Erasmus+ jsem se přihlásil proto, abychom si zlepšil dovednosti v kreslení a v práci s grafikou. Jako sportovní manažér a táborový vedoucí potřebuji připravovat grafiku pro děti a dospělé na propagaci našich táborů a akcií. Naučil jsem se, jak pracovat se základními tvary a jednoduše znázornit i složitější věci pomocí obrázků. Na kurzu mně příjemně překvapily možnosti dalšího využití kreslení a grafiky v reálném životě – tvorba myšlenkových map a grafická tvorba cílů a plánů. Měl jsem možnost poznat zajímavé lidi z jiných krajin EU, jejich názory a zvyky a procvičit si angličtinu. Těším se, že v březnu se opět potkáme a budeme probírat tvorbu grafiky pomocí počítače.

My experience

I have applied training course „All Colours of Education“, because I wanted to improve my drawing skills and visual thinking. I´m a sport manager and I also work as a camp counsellor. I need visuals to work better with children and promote our camps and events. In course I have learned how to work with simple shapes and use graphics in real life – mind maps, planning, goal settings atc. I also appreciate, that I had an opportunity to meet interesting people from various countries across EU and speak English. I´m looking forward to next session in March 2024.

• Zkoumání použití základních forem může být skvělým způsobem, jak prohloubit porozumění prvkům designu. Zkoumáním dopadu malých úprav na celkový obraz jsem získal lepší přehled o tom, jak vytvořit skutečně působivé vizuály.
• Jak používat vizualizaci k upoutání pozornosti lidí.
• Že je potřeba začínat malými krůčky a vždy věřit, že uspějete.

The "All Colors of Education" project is designed to enhance the educational process by promoting the use of graphic facilitation and visual thinking tools. Its main objectives include: 

• Raising awareness about the importance of visual tools in education and youth work.
• Building a personal visual library and understanding the basics of visual language.
• Practicing sketch-noting and graphic recording for efficient visualization of concepts.
• Recognizing the benefits of visuals in memory retention, motivation, attention-grabbing, and prompting action.
• Grasping the concept of graphic facilitation and its application in different scenarios.
• Encouraging the use of graphical tools for creativity and critical thinking.
• Exploring online visual thinking tools and platforms for online learning.
• Enhancing self-expression and minimizing misunderstandings.
• Aiming for a ripple effect in the competence development of visual thinking in education and youth work.
• Developing visual aids for self-learning in visual thinking and graphic facilitation.

The project will be structured around two training courses, with an online course in between to bridge knowledge gaps and deepen understanding of the project's theme.
